Delivery Coverage
We currently offer shipping services within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.
Shipping Fees
We offer free shipping America on orders over $49. For smaller orders ($49 or less), a flat $11.98 delivery fee applies. Prices are in USD and shipping (if applicable) is added at checkout.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Delivery times vary by location but generally take 3–7 business days after processing.
Shipping Methods
We partner with carriers like USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The carrier and service level are automatically selected based on efficiency and cost. Expedited shipping options (e.g., 2-day or overnight) may be available at checkout for an additional fee.
Order Tracking
Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use this to monitor your package’s status via the carrier’s website.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we’ll contact you to arrange reshipment (additional fees may apply).
Damaged/Lost Items
